We are WashU's Club Running Team. We are co-ed and have runners of all commitments and abilities, so come join us Monday-Friday at 5:30 pm and Saturday at 9:30 am at the Clock Tower (4:30 pm in Gregg Lobby during daylight savings).
We compete both within the St. Louis area and against other club teams across the nation. We are a part of Washington University's Sports Club Board and the National Intercollegiate Running Club Association (NIRCA). We run heavily subsidized races numerous times a semester and have a great time no matter how we do. If you are interested in joining or have any questions, please feel free to E-Mail us.

We welcome runners of any ability level, from novices to seasoned athletes. Our members have as much commitment as they desire. All you have to do is show up! Along with daily practices departing from the clocktower (or the Gregg lobby in the winter at 4:30 pm during daylight savings), we participate in approximately 5-8 races a semester. In the Spring, these are mostly local road races and a few track meets. In the fall, they are almost entirely cross-country, both local and across the midwest. In addition, we host team pasta dinners, a semesterly camping trip, and social gatherings a few times a semester.
